Humanoids
for all.
On simple terms.

One monthly fee for a working humanoid from any maker, for any business with work to hand over. Swap your letbot at month twelve or twenty-four, pass the contract on, or leave at a price printed the day you sign. We start in retail, where the same job repeats in every shop.

The problem

Robots are sold like heavy machinery. Buy it, and you live with it.

Most robot deals lock you in for years. Ask a provider what happens in month fourteen, when the job has changed, a better robot has come out or the second shop did not work out, and there is no good answer. We built letbot around that answer and wrote it into the contract.

What the shop owner says

“If the second shop doesn’t work out, I need to be able to move the robot — or hand the whole thing to someone else — without paying off three years for a machine I can’t use.”

What the agreement says
§ 7.1  Swap. In the window at M12 and M24 the Customer may replace the Machine with any humanoid in our catalogue for the same job, on 30 days’ notice, for the Swap Fee in Schedule 2.
§ 7.2  Assignment. The Customer may list the Agreement for assignment. On acceptance the Customer is released in full.
§ 7.3  Termination. At any month, for the amount in Schedule 3, row M.
Standard terms · Schedule 3 attached Draft wording
Step one · retail

Five jobs we take on in the shop.

We start with independent and mid-size shops because the same five jobs come up in every one of them. That means a contract one shop no longer needs is still useful to the next shop, and every field after retail will open the same way.

01 · AT LAUNCH

Shelf restocking

Overnight, from the back room to the shelf, with products pulled to the front. Night hours are the most expensive on the payroll.

02 · AT LAUNCH

Security patrol

Patrols after closing with a live camera feed. A real person checks every alert before anyone is called out.

03 · AT LAUNCH

Back room

Unloads roll cages, sorts stock by aisle and takes it out to the shop floor.

04 · IN TRIAL

Customer guidance

Answers “where is it?” and walks customers to the product, in their own language.

05 · AT LAUNCH

Stock scanning

Finds empty shelves, wrong price labels and misplaced products, and reports them before opening.

How it starts

Five steps. The last one lets you change your mind.

Anyone can get a humanoid onto a site. Step five is what the others will not put in writing.

letbot
01

Walk the site

We watch a shift and tell you which job would pay for itself first. If none would, we say so.

02

Match the humanoid

We choose from any maker and show you the humanoids we turned down, and why.

03

Install and certify

We install it, train it on your floor, certify it and train your staff.

04
From €2.132 / mo

Run it

Your letbot, service, insurance and monitoring in one fee. Nobody on your side operates it.

05

Change your mind

Swap your letbot, pass the contract on, or leave at the price printed on day one.

The marketplace

Contracts, not robots, change hands here.

When a business no longer needs its humanoid, the contract is listed with the months left and any amount the seller adds to make it attractive. Another business takes it over, and the seller has nothing more to pay.

Example rows. The real board is open to customers with a contract. When a contract is taken over, the seller owes nothing more, we credit-check the buyer, and we move, re-certify and retrain the robot for the new site at our cost.

The makers

Every humanoid we price. None we're tied to.

These are the manufacturers whose humanoids we have reviewed and priced for shop work. We can buy from all of them and are tied to none, which is why we can swap your letbot for another maker's at month 12 or 24.

Installations

Every site we run, in public.

Each row is a real site: the job it asked for in its own words, the humanoid we matched and how many paid hours it takes off the rota each week. Shops first; other fields join the table as they open.

Retail is step one. Nineteen fields follow.

Humanoids for all does not mean everywhere at once. A field opens when enough sites do the same job for a contract to change hands. Retail is the first place that is already true, so it is where we run today.

Leaving early costs four months of fees, about what equipment leasing charges. We are not cheaper. The difference is that we print the amount for every month in the contract you sign.

Your know-how

How your business does it is worth money.

What your letbot learns in your shop has four parts. Three can go with you, be sold or be lent to other sites, and what they earn comes off your monthly fee. One cannot, and we tell you which.

01 The job itself What to do, in what order, with which exceptions. Travels
02 Your site, measured Layout, shelving, routes and fixtures. To similar sites
03 How your people do it Captured as motion, never as footage of your staff. Travels
04 The robot’s own motion Tied to the robot that learned it. If you swap, we retrain your new letbot at our cost. Stays put
Your data

What your business teaches your letbot is yours to keep.

Every shift the humanoid learns your floor, your routines and the way your best people do the job. That record belongs to you, not to us and not to the maker. Take it to the next robot, the next site, or out the door.

New EU rules · 20 Jan 2027

Every time your letbot changes, we redo the paperwork.

Under the new EU Machinery Regulation, a machine that is changed or moved must be certified again. That is the hidden cost of changing your mind. With us it is included in every swap and handover, not a bill that arrives afterwards.

Start

One visit.
One straight answer.

We walk your site, watch a shift and look at your rota. If a humanoid does not pay for itself in your business, we tell you that instead of selling you one.
